ActiveAgency is R99 per agent / month. Changing seats updates your PayFast subscription amount on the next cycle. On Agency, do-not-contact is shared org-wide by phone/email.
Payment method
Card details are stored by PayFast (PCI DSS). GoldCRM never sees or stores full card numbers. “Update card” opens PayFast’s secure update page.

Manage subscription
Pause or cancel runs through PayFast’s recurring billing API. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
